Note

  • When citing a blog post with no author, the title is shortened, put in quotation marks, and written in title case (with all important words capitalized) for in-text citations. The title is written in sentence case (with only the first word capitalized) and without quotation marks when included in the reference list.

To cite a blog post with more than two authors in MLA, use the last name of the first blogger in in-text citations. The works cited list entry includes the name of the first blogger, title of the post, title of the blog, date of publication, and URL.
